Packing
 
All of our products are handled with the utmost care. We take pride in knowing that when you receive your order the products will be in great condition and ready to set up and use. Each order, packed in a heavy-duty box, is double checked for accuracy and quality.


 
Shipping
 
Nearly all orders will be sent the same day the order is placed. Orders that arrive very late in the afternoon may slip to the next business day. Orders that are placed by 4:00 PM CST will most likely be sent the same day. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are made at the time of order. Some packages may be shipped Priority Mail at our discretion.

Fragrance Lamp Refills contain flammable liquids and will be shipped via Ground methods only.

California Residents: Due to the law that no person shall sell, supply, offer for sale or manufacture for sale in California any air fresheners or liquid/pump sprays that exceed the 18 percent-by-weight VOC limit (effective January 1, 1993), we cannot ship fragrance lamps, fragrance refills or any fragrance lamp accessories to a California address. This law does not apply to any other products sold on our website, including Crown Candles, Reed Diffusers, Fragrance Greetings, Decor Diffusers and Posh Wash.

Insurance is taken on every shipment to protect both the customer and The FragranceLamp.com. In the unfortunate instance that a shipment arrives damaged you must Email us immediately so we can begin the process of getting the items returned to us and getting a new shipment out to you.

You may also upgrade to Next Day Air (FedEx) for an additional $13.00. This option is only eligible for items that do not contain flammable liquids.


 
Returns/Refunds
 
If you are ever unsatisfied with an item, for whatever reason, simply contact us within five (5) business days after receipt of the item(s) and we will instruct you on how to return the product(s) to us for credit or a refund.

Specials are not eligible for returns/refund.

In the rare and unfortunate instance the box arrives damaged, please note the damage with UPS and notify us by email as soon as possible. We will replace damaged goods immediately.


Privacy Policy
 
TheFragranceLamp.com respects the privacy of its customers. We will not provide any outside firms with any personal information. We do however reserve the right to provide generic information to our users and manufacturers to help them understand the consumer better. For example: we may tell a manufacturer that we sell more Fragrance Lamps than Crown Candles, without sharing the customer's name.
